At Salt and Light Boutique, we want you to love your purchase!  

But, we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. Here’s how to make a return:

Return Policy

  • Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Unfortunately, after 14 days we are unable to accept a return
  • Store credit will be calculated for items purchased, and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items with make-up, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains/odors will not be accepted
  • Accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item arrived damaged or defective
  • If we make a shipping error and send the wrong item please email us at saltandlightboutique@outlook.com

Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please send photos of the damage via email to saltandlightboutique@outlook.com for review. Once we assess the damage, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

How to return an item?

To start a return, please email us at saltandlightboutique@outlook.com and answer the questions below.

  1. Name

  3. What you are returning
  4. Reason for return

Please keep in mind:

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for your return
  • We recommend you using USPS because of their trackable service
  • Salt and Light Boutique is NOT responsible for any packages lost by USPS or any third party mailing service
  • Please allow us 3-4 days to process your return once we have received your item(s).

Shipping Policy

Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within one to two business days. While we work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, please note that their may be processing delays in shipping during sales and peak shopping days! If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us for help and we can choose the best shipping method for you! 

Please keep in mind:

  • Once you have received the shipping conformation email, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
